Refunds and Exchanges policies
We work with limited editions and exclusive products, so we kindly ask that you choose carefully. However, we understand that unforeseen situations can happen. If you need to exchange your order, please follow the instructions below:
Conditions for Exchange or Return
- The request must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.
- The item must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Product Return Options
- Shipping paid by the customer: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- In-person drop-off at the studio (by appointment): If you're in or near São Paulo, you may return the item in person at the studio by scheduling an appointment.
How to Request an Exchange

- Order number
- Reason for the exchange
- Photos of the product (if necessary)
