- Orders shipped within Brazil are sent via Correios, with PAC (economy) and SEDEX (express) options available.
- Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the order's weight and the destination ZIP code.
- Delivery times vary by region but are typically between 3 to 15 business days after payment confirmation.
- Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow the delivery.
International Shipping – FedEx
- For orders outside Brazil, we use FedEx, which offers greater speed and reliability.
- International shipping costs are calculated based on the order’s weight and the destination country, and will be displayed at checkout.
- Delivery times vary by region but are generally between 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.
- Please note: packages may be subject to customs duties and local taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Packaging & Shipping Care

- If your order arrives with visible damage, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receipt so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
