  • Orders shipped within Brazil are sent via Correios, with PAC (economy) and SEDEX (express) options available.
  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the order's weight and the destination ZIP code.
  • Delivery times vary by region but are typically between 3 to 15 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow the delivery.

International Shipping – FedEx

  • For orders outside Brazil, we use FedEx, which offers greater speed and reliability.
  • International shipping costs are calculated based on the order’s weight and the destination country, and will be displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery times vary by region but are generally between 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Please note: packages may be subject to customs duties and local taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Packaging & Shipping Care

  • All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
  • If your order arrives with visible damage, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receipt so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
